Thomas RABANT is consultant in strategy, prospective and mergers and acquisitions. He works for French and foreign groups, sovereign funds and investment funds.

After teaching contract and tax law at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), he was lawyer in Paris from 2001 to 2012, specialized in M&A, securities and structuring, recognized for his creativity and his ability to manage complex operations, before leading, from 2013 to 2019, the strategy and development of a French agrifood group of international dimension, for which he managed operations in the whole world.

Thomas has a solid international network, particularly in Asia (China, Southeast Asia, India).

In addition to his professional activities, Thomas was president of the French Association of the UNHCR (United Nations Agency for Refugees) from 2001 to 2007 and is involved since 2017 in the master’s degree X-HEC Entrepreneurs.

Winner of the French Concours Général des Facultés de Droit, Thomas is doctor in private law.
